When I open the app it says there's been a problem. What does that mean?

There are a few things that could be affecting your ability to open the app. Here are some things to try:

  •  Make sure you have a secure internet connection
  •  Check your device isn’t jailbroken
  •  Make sure you’re not using a VPN when trying to log in
