What’s the Florida itinerary?
Arrival day
Your home for the week is the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. It's one of Orlando's finest resorts set across 500 acres.
The pool complex is magical. There's a winding lazy river that takes you through tropical landscaping, and multiple swimming pools including a dedicated children's pool. Plus, water slides that will keep younger guests occupied for hours. When the parks close and the day catches up with you, there are poolside cabanas, hot tubs and lounging spaces perfect for doing absolutely nothing.
The resort has multiple restaurants and bars on site covering everything from casual poolside dining to a fine-dining steakhouse, so you're never short of options for an evening in. Breakfast is included every morning throughout your stay, which takes one more thing off your plate when you're trying to get out of the door for park opening.
Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The resort sits within easy reach of every park on the itinerary, with all transfers arranged by the Vanquis Team so there's nothing to organise. After a full day at Disney or Universal, having somewhere amazing and relaxing to come back to makes a real difference. This is that place.
A Visa prepaid card loaded with food and drink money travels with you to every park day so you're not watching the pennies in a queue. The whole week is taken care of.
SeaWorld Orlando
The week opens at SeaWorld, and it sets the bar high. This is Orlando's undisputed coaster capital, with seven world-class rides.
Mako is the tallest hypercoaster in the city. Pipeline: The Surf Coaster is the world's first surf-themed coaster, where you ride standing upright like you're on a board. Penguin Trek takes you through a live colony of penguins before launching you into the dark. And new for 2026, SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep is the world's first suspended dark ride, making this year a special time to visit.
Beyond the coasters, the marine life encounters are extraordinary. It's a park that rewards thrill seekers and younger visitors alike.
Disney's Magic Kingdom
There is nowhere on earth quite like Magic Kingdom. TRON Lightcycle/Run is one of the most exhilarating rides Disney has ever built – a high-speed indoor motorbike chase through a digital world. Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion are classics for a reason. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is the one the children will talk about for weeks.
During the day the Festival of Fantasy parade brings the park to life in colour and music. In the evening, Disney turns the sky above Cinderella Castle into one of the most memorable light and fireworks shows you'll ever see. It's the kind of night that stays with a child for a long time. And if you're honest about it, with adults too.
Leisure day and group dinner
Between the parks, there's a hosted group dinner at Brother Jimmy's BBQ at Icon Park, right alongside the 400-foot Orlando Eye. And an evening at Disney Springs, with over 100 restaurants, bars and shops on the water, including the new LEVEL99 with 60 challenge rooms opening in 2026.
Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure
A single ticket covers both parks, connected by the Hogwarts Express. Jurassic World VelociCoaster is the headline, a coaster that hits 70mph through a series of inversions that deserve the label apex predator.
Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure in the Forbidden Forest is widely considered one of the greatest theme park rides in the world, and it rarely disappoints.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter spans both parks through Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. And catching the Hogwarts Express between the parks makes the whole thing feel real in a way that's hard to explain until you're on it. For younger children, the Minions and DreamWorks zones bring characters to life at a scale that's hard to take in.
VIP Wild Florida Adventure Park
This one is different, and that's exactly why it's on the itinerary. Out in the Florida Everglades, you board a high-speed airboat and glide deep into 4,200 acres of protected wetland.
Expert captains bring you face to face with wild alligators in their natural habitat, bald eagles overhead, and Florida wildlife you simply cannot see anywhere else.
Back on shore, the Wild Florida Gator Park is home to over 200 animals with live shows, alligator demonstrations and a 500-foot sightseeing dock over the swamp.
It's the moment in the week that feels furthest from ordinary life, and families remember it as fondly as any of the theme parks.
Disney's Hollywood Studios
The week ends with Hollywood Studios, and it's the right park to finish on. Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is immersive in a way that still surprises people who think they know what theme parks can do.
Rise of the Resistance puts you inside a Star Wars battle sequence that feels completely real. Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run hands you the controls of the most famous spaceship in cinema.
Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster are two of Disney's most brilliant rides. And Toy Story Land brings Pixar to life for younger guests. It's a fantastic and fitting final chapter to an extraordinary week.
