When I tap the link in the email to verify my email address, the app tells me it's expired. What should I do?

Here are a few things to check if you’re seeing a message that the link in your email has expired:

  • Make sure you’re opening the most recent email from us. Only the latest link will work. If you’ve requested a new email, any links in previous emails will no longer be valid.
  • Check that the link hasn’t expired. If some time has passed since you received the email, the link may no longer be active. You can request another one by tapping ‘Send a new link’ in the app.
  • Turn off any VPNs or ad-blockers. These can sometimes interfere with the connection. Try disabling them temporarily and then tap the link in the email again.
