I'm seeing a 'lost connection' error. Can you help me?

Applications you may have installed on your device might be stopping some of the security checks we do to protect your data and your account.

VPN applications often have security settings, even when you’re not currently connected through the VPN. For example, NordVPN has an option called ‘Threat Detection’ which can sometimes prevent our app from working.

You can try temporarily turning this off and using the Vanquis app to see if that resolves it.
