If you’re having trouble completing the verification steps to get set up with our app, you can verify yourself using your card number and PIN instead. Be assured, after you enter these details, they don’t get stored and aren’t visible to anyone at Vanquis.
Where can I find my card number?
Your card number is on the front of your physical card. It’s the long 16-digit number across the middle.
What’s my PIN and where can I find it?
Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the 4-digit number you use when you pay with your card in person (for example, in shops) or withdraw cash from an ATM.
It isn’t printed on your card for security.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can request a reminder by calling our automated service. Call 0330 099 3000 (available 24 hours a day) and select the relevant option.
Once you’re set up with the app, you’ll be able to view your PIN in the app.
Remember, never share your PIN with any person, even someone who says they work for Vanquis. Our team will never ask you for your PIN. Even if you verify yourself in the app using your PIN, this isn’t visible to anyone at Vanquis.
