I have available credit and am making payments.  Why can't I use my card?

If you’re currently on a payment plan where you’re paying a reduced monthly amount or an agreed fixed amount, instead of your original minimum payment amount, you won’t be able to use your available credit.

If you’re not on a payment plan and you’re paying at least your minimum payment amount and can’t use your card, please contact us.
