Can I decide where and how I use my card?

Yes, you can control exactly how your card is used. In the app, it’s quick and easy to set restrictions for:

  • Cash withdrawals – this stops you taking out cash from ATMs.
  • In-person spend – this stops all in-store purchases (using your PIN, contactless, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
  • Online spend – this blocks all online shopping, including phone, website and in-app purchases. You won’t be able to set up new ongoing subscriptions (like Netflix), and existing subscriptions on the card won’t be paid. This also stops online payments using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

To set restrictions, Jump to the Manage Card screen, then look for ‘Card spend controls’.

Please note: Only the main account holder can set controls. Any restrictions won’t stop a second cardholder using their card.
