When you apply for one of our products or request a change to an existing product, we must confirm your identity. We’re not always able to do this without requesting more info from you. This is where Mitek can help.
Mitek will verify you using ID document authentication and facial biometrics. We’ll only use any data they provide to us for the purpose of identifying you. This can include location data, face match results and document images.
Mitek uses a Transport Layer Security (TLS) encrypted connection to keep your data safe and delete all copies of your documents, along with any social profile data, as soon as the identity check is complete.
