The quickest way to sort this is to contact the merchant directly. They’re often able to resolve things immediately.
It’s best to get in touch with them directly if you’re experiencing one of the following issues:
- Goods not received – you placed an order but it didn’t arrive
- Services not received – you paid for a service that was never provided
- Cash not received – you attempted to withdraw cash but didn’t receive it
- Duplicate transactions – you’ve been charged more than once for the same purchase
If that doesn’t help, you can report the issue in the app, the short video below shows you how. On the home screen:
- Tap ‘Transactions’
- Tap on the transaction
- Tap ‘Need help with this transaction?’
- Follow the on-screen instructions
