I’ve been offered a credit limit increase. How do I decline it?

If you want to decline an offer of a credit limit increase, you’ll need to let us know. The email and/or letter we sent you will tell you the date by which you need to contact us for the increase not to be applied.

To decline the offer text ‘OPT OUT’ to 0786 009 4990*. If you can’t text us, then please contact us.

Please note, if you decline the increase offer, we won’t send you any more credit limit increase offers for six months.

If you’d like to start receiving offers again during this time, get in touch and we’ll update your records.
