Once you’ve completed your income and expenditure check, we’ll let you know by text if your request has been accepted. This is usually within 24 hours but, if more checks are needed, it could take up to 30 days.
If accepted, the text will confirm that the increase will be applied to your account and the date it will take effect.
It’s important you keep your account in good order. If you go over your limit or miss a payment, the offer could be withdrawn.
