What should I do if the cash machine has retained my card?

There are several reasons why your card may have been retained. It could have expired, or a new card may be on its way to you.

If your card has been retained, you’ll need to report it lost and request a new one. You can do this quickly and easily in the app: 

  • Tap ‘Manage card’ on home screen
  • Tap ‘Report your card lost, stolen or damaged’

We’ll send you a new card in the post, which can take up to 7-10 working days to arrive. You’ll need to activate your new card before you can use it. All this info will be in the letter that comes with your card.
