We’ll contact customers who haven’t used their card for a while to remind them to use it, as it’ll be at risk of closure. If you want to start using your card again:
- Check it hasn’t expired
- Make sure you know your PIN
For your first purchase in a store, you might need to pay using your PIN to re-enable the contactless feature. If you need a reminder of your PIN, you can view this in the app. From the home screen:
- Tap ‘Manage card’
- Tap ‘View PIN’
