If I have a concern about a Credit Card you gave me which I can't afford,  why should I raise this with Vanquis and not use a Claims Management Company?

As a responsible lender, we want to make sure every customer who takes out a credit card with us can afford it. If you’re worried we’ve given you a credit card that you can’t afford, then you can raise a complaint directly with us for free.

Claims Management Companies on the other hand will take a percent of any money that is returned to you, if your complaint is upheld. To find out more, visit our responsible lending page, which tells you how to raise a complaint.
