If you want, you can unsubscribe from communications about your cashback offers, meaning we’ll only get in touch about things like your terms and conditions. To stop getting marketing communications, please go to the cashback area, tap on the settings cog and select ‘Your cashback communications’ to make a change.
If you opted to receive marketing communications for cashback when activating Vanquis Rewards, we’ll send you your top offers.
If you want to stop earning cashback, please go to the cashback area, tap on the settings cog and select ‘Opt out’ and follow the instructions. Just so you know, you can only redeem cashback if you’re signed up for Vanquis Rewards. Please make sure you redeem any outstanding cashback before leaving – any unredeemed cashback will be lost as closure is immediate.
Once you’ve opted out, your personal data will be deleted from our cashback platform after 24 hours. This won’t affect the information we hold for you on your Vanquis Credit Card though. If you decide you want to sign up again for cashback, you’ll just need to wait 24 hours before you do so.
