You’ll need to know your 16-digit card number too, and it should be entered with no spaces or dashes. Please note, paying this way can take up to five working days for the payment to show on your account.

Paying this way is called a bank transfer. If you make a payment before 4pm, your account balance and available credit should update the next working day. If you make your payment after 4pm, it should update within two working days.

The date you send your payment is the date it will be applied to your account, once it has cleared.  If your payment is still clearing when your due date passes, you won’t be charged a late payment fee, as long as the payment was sent before the due date.

How do I find out my credit card payment due date, statement balance and amount to pay?
You can find all this info on the home screen of the app. Your statement balance is the amount owing since your last statement was produced. Your due date is the date you need to pay at least your minimum payment amount by.
