Can I pay my Vanquis Credit card bill at my bank or a Post Office?

You can use your pre-printed giro (at the bottom of your monthly statement) to pay in-person at your bank or local Post Office. Please make cheques payable to ‘Vanquis Bank’, followed by your 16-digit Vanquis Credit Card number. On the back, you’ll need to write your name and the same card number.

Once we’ve received the payment, it can take up to 7 working days to hit your account. But sometimes it’s as long as 20 working days (in total) before these types of payments have cleared. This includes the time it takes to reach us and our processing time.

There are faster ways to make your payment – here are the details of the different ways to pay.

A Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) can also be known as a Recurring Debit Card Payment.
