Why does my homepage say my account is locked?

Your account shows as locked when you can’t use your card. This might be because you’ve missed a payment or have gone over your credit limit and need to bring your account in order before being able to use it again.

Payments screens within the app will provide options to make immediate payments and guide you to support if you’re unable to pay.
