My new card has not arrived. What should I do?

We know it can be worrying when your new card hasn’t come through yet, but don’t worry it may still be on its way.

Here’s what to do:

  • Tap ‘Manage card’ on the home screen
  • At the top of the Manage my card screen, you’ll see the estimated delivery date

If the estimated delivery date:

  • Hasn’t passed yet please hold on a little longer, your card should be with you soon
  • Has passed, let us know so we can look into it straight away for you
