Your credit card must have a 15 or 16-digit account number, starting with a 3, 4 or 5 and it must be in your own name.
The credit card must be issued in the UK and underwritten by a UK bank or building society. We’re unable to transfer a balance from Klarna, Level or Zable as these cards are not issued in the UK.
You can’t request a balance transfer from a store card. These typically begin with a number other than 3, 4 or 5 and are either shorter than 15 digits or longer than 16 digits.
