I am blind or partially sighted, how does the newly designed Vanquis credit card help me?

Our new credit cards have been designed with accessibility in mind and benefit from the following features:

  • an accessible curved notch so customers know which way around to use the card in the chip and pin machine
  • a braille V symbol on the front right hand corner, which looks like the letter L in braille dots
  • personalisation printed on the rear of the card, rather than embossed on the front of the card. This means the text is now much bigger and much clearer than before

All new customers will receive this style of card, our existing customers will get one when a replacement card is issued.  A replacement would be issued due to the existing card being reported lost or stolen, being damaged or near to expiry.

If you’re visually impaired and require your statements and other communications in large print, audio or braille, here’s how to request a change.
