From time to time, Vanquis may send you a one-time passcode (OTP) by email, landline or text.
We do this when:
- You register the Vanquis app on a new device
- We need to verify online purchases
- You add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
We’ll NEVER call you and ask you to share your one-time passcode with us. If you receive a call asking for your passcode, this is a criminal attempting to access your account. Hang up straight away and contact us to report the attempted fraud.
You can also report it to Action Fraud. This’ll help inform and strengthen the ongoing fight against fraud.
