There are a couple of reasons why cashback may not be showing in your app. This could happen if:
- We’ve got a technical issue – we’ll look to fix this for you as quickly as we can. Please check back later and your cashback total should be showing again.
- You’ve cancelled cashback recently. If you want to register again, you should have this option available to you in the offers section of the app, within 48 hours.
