Vanquis Credit Card December Purchase Offer Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
These Terms and Conditions cover the Vanquis Credit Card December Purchase Offer (the “Purchase Offer”). Your Vanquis Credit Card Agreement still applies, and these Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Credit Card Agreement. By taking part in this Purchase Offer, you agree to be bound by and are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “us” and “our” means Vanquis Bank Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 02558509 whose registered office is at No.5 Godwin Street, Bradford, BD1 2AH.
The Purchase Offer
If you make a qualifying purchase before midnight 13 December 2026 using your Vanquis Credit Card (your “Card”) we will give you a three-month interest free period (“Offer Period”) for new qualifying purchases running from the date of the first qualifying purchase.
Certain types of transactions will not qualify as eligible purchases for the Purchase Offer. These include:
- Balance transfers
- Cash withdrawals
- Foreign currency transactions
- Purchasing foreign currency
- Money transfers
- Transactions that are voided, reversed or cancelled
After the Offer Period ends, any remaining balance on your account will be charged at your standard purchase interest rate.
Purchases made after 13 December 2026 will be charged at your standard purchase interest rate. If you had an outstanding balance before the start of the Offer Period, interest will continue to be charged on that balance at your standard purchase interest rate.
If you pay your statement balance in full before the end of your 3-month interest free period, there will be no interest to pay on the qualifying purchases you made during the Offer Period.
If you miss two consecutive minimum payments the Purchase Offer will be removed and the interest rate will go back to your standard purchase interest rate.
The Offer Period
The Offer Period is an interest free period of three months for qualifying purchases made before midnight 13 December 2026 running from the date of the first qualifying purchase made in that period.
Cancellation of the Purchase Offer
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Purchase Offer at any time without giving reasons. If we need to do this, we will put a notice on this webpage https://www.vanquis.com/legal/vanquis-credit-card-december-purchase-offer-terms-and-conditions/.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for this Purchase Offer you must be the recipient and addressee of our communication about the Purchase Offer. You must be a resident in either England, Wales or Scotland during the whole Offer Period.
Privacy
By taking part in this Purchase Offer you agree to your personal information being used to process your interest free period. Vanquis will use your personal information only in line with these terms and conditions and our privacy notice, which can be found here: Privacy Notice – Vanquis.
Exclusion
We will not be liable to you for any loss, cost or charge you incur where the interest free period is not processed because of merchant or Visa system availability or any other reason outside our reasonable control.
General
The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
