If you’ve requested a replacement card it will take 7-10 working days to arrive.
Don’t forget to check the letter that arrives with your card. We’ll tell you if your card needs to be activated before it can be used and how to activate it if needed.
Your first face-to-face purchase will also need to be made using your PIN before you can use your card contactless.
Whilst you’re waiting for your new physical card to arrive; if your card was already added to a digital wallet, you can continue to use Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments without interruptions. We automatically update your new details in the Digital Wallets.
If your card was not registered to a digital wallet follow the instructions in the app to add your card to Apple or Google Wallet and benefit from being able to use your card straight away.
