When adding your card, make sure that:
- Your account is up to date and not in arrears
- You are not exceeding your credit limit
- Your card is in date and has not expired
If you try to add a card which is not being managed well or has an incorrect expiry date, the request will be rejected.
Here are a few other scenarios which could stop you from registering your card:
- Not having an available signal when the attempt was made
- Entering an incorrect One Time Passcode (OTP)
- Attempting to use an OTP that has expired
- Your device doesn’t support Apple Wallet
