How do I set up, amend or cancel a Direct Debit?

To set up or amend a Direct Debit in the Vanquis app:

• Tap the ‘Payments’ tab
• Follow the instructions to set up or amend your Direct Debit

Jump to the Payments screen.

If you want to cancel an existing Direct Debit, or change your payment due date please contact us.
