You should get our decision within 24 hours. We’ll notify you via text message and email if you’ve given us your mobile number and email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received our text or email within 24 hours.
If we need to do additional checks, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for us to make a decision. If we need further info, we’ll usually send you a text or give you a call between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. So, it’s important to let us know if your contact details have changed since applying.
