Yes, you can change your PIN to one of your choice:
- Visit any cash machine displaying the Visa logo
- Insert the card and enter your existing PIN
- Choose ‘PIN services’ and follow the instructions to change your PIN
Make sure you don’t choose anything someone may guess, including:
- Number combinations or sequences, such as 1234, 2222 or 9876
- Your date of birth or variations of it
- Parts of your phone number
If you need a reminder of your existing PIN, you can view it immediately in the Vanquis app:
- Tap ‘Manage card’
- Tap ‘View PIN’
