My card's been lost or stolen.  What do I do?

Please don’t worry.

If your card has been lost or stolen you can report this straight away in the app:

  • Tap ‘Manage card’ on the home screen.
  • Tap ‘Report lost/stolen or damaged’ and follow the on-screen instructions to report the card stolen
