I've lost my card.  How do I get a new one?

If you’ve lost your card you can report this straight away in the app:

  • Tap ‘Manage card’ on the home screen
  • Tap ‘Report lost/stolen or damaged’ and follow the on-screen instructions to report the card lost

Jump to the manage card screen.

If you’ve misplaced your card and want to temporarily stop it while you look for it, you can also freeze it in the Manage my card screen.
