Non-Executive Director changes

Andrea Blance, Senior Independent Director of Vanquis Banking Group, has informed the Board of her decision to step down after serving over two terms as Senior Independent Director. She will step down on 1 February and Angela Knight, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee, will become the new Senior Independent Director of Vanquis Banking Group plc and, subject to regulatory approval, Vanquis Bank Limited.
