I'm an existing customer and my Vanquis card looks different in the digital wallet.  Why is that?

We’ve redesigned our cards and our new card design will show in the digital wallet for customers who’ve re-installed the digital wallet on their mobile device.  For example, if you’ve recently changed your device.

It’s nothing to worry about, your physical card will still work exactly the same, as will your card in the digital wallet.  When you are next issued with a new physical card (your old card may be lost, stolen, damaged or near to expiry) it will match the image in your digital wallet.
