Why have I received an annual statement when I closed my account?

Every Vanquis customer will get an annual statement. This is required by law in the UK.

If you’ve closed your account, you’ll still get an annual statement for the year it closed. This will be your final annual statement.

How do I get a paper copy of a statement?
All credit card customers are automatically opted in to receiving their statements digitally, they can be viewed and downloaded from the mobile app. However, you can request a paper copy of a statement if needed, you’ll need to give us a call and we will arrange this for you.
