If you’ve added your Vanquis card and are using Google Pay for the first time:
- Check your settings and make sure that your device is up to date
- Ensure your card is listed in the Google wallet, there could be more steps you need to take to finish setting it up
If you’ve used Google Pay before:
- Check that the retailer accepts Google Pay, look out for the contactless or Google Pay logo
- Ensure your account is up to date with payments and you are not over your credit limit
