My credit card has expired. Why have I not received a new one?

We’ll send your new card approximately four weeks before your old card is due to expire.

Sometimes we’re unable to issue a replacement card, for example, if your payments are behind. 

If the date of expiry has passed, your account is up to date and your new card hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
