I applied for a loan after 1 January 2025
If you applied through our partner ClearScore (formerly Aro), then your loan will have been provided by one of their trusted panel of lenders. You’ll find your lender’s contact details in the documents or emails you were sent when you took out the loan.
These documents will include your Credit Agreement, any ‘welcome’ messages or other letters or emails they have sent since you took out your loan.
I applied for a Vanquis Loan before 31 August 2024
If you purchased a Vanquis Loan before 31 August 2024, please note:
All active loan accounts — including those taken out via comparison sites, directly through Vanquis, or via the Sunflower Brand — have now been transferred to Link Financial Services.
If you need to:
- Manage your account
- Make an additional payment
- Request a settlement figure
- Get support with repayments
