Vanquis Bank Florida Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions v0.1 (1 February 2026)
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the Vanquis Bank Florida Prize Draw promotion (“Promotion”). We will automatically enter you in the Promotion prize draw (the ‘Draw’) if you meet the eligibility and entry requirements below (see Section 2 and Section 3).
Unless you opt out of the Promotion, you will automatically be entered and as such, each entrant agrees to these Terms and confirms they have read and understood these Terms. If you want to opt out of the Promotion, you can do this in our new Vanquis app at any time – or check our Privacy Notice for more info.
The Promotion has three tiers of prizes as detailed below.
“Gold Tier” – there are 50 identical prizes available
A trip to Orlando, Florida, to experience world-class theme parks and experiences for up to four people.
The prize includes:
- A magical trip to Orlando, Florida, for up to four people from Saturday, 24th October to Sunday, 1st November 2026.
- Five one-day park tickets to some of the best theme parks Orlando has to offer.
- Six nights in a four-star hotel (star rating as determined by Forbes).
- Breakfast, lunch and evening meal provided, either through an organised meal or $80 per person per meal provided through a Visa Prepaid Card.
- Return economy class air transportation via a chartered flight from a London airport to Orlando International Airport.
- Return coach transfers from Orlando International Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each attraction
- £150 towards the cost of transport from the winner’s home to the departure airport.
- £150 towards the cost of transport from the departure airport to the winner’s home.
- Travel insurance. Where Sid Lee are unable to provide travel insurance, winners will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own insurance.
Silver Tier – there are 30 identical prizes available
A technology bundle. The prize includes:

1. Overview
- The Promotion prize draw (the ‘Draw’) will run between 00:00 GMT on 2nd February and 23:59 GMT on 30th June 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
- Winners will be selected monthly from March to July 2026 (see Section 7).
- The promotion offers 50 Gold Tier prizes, 30 Silver Tier prizes, and 30 Bronze Tier prizes in total. These prizes are split evenly across each monthly draw, with 10 Gold, 6 Silver, and 6 Bronze prizes awarded each month.
- All eligible entries into the Draw have an equal chance of winning a prize from one of the three prize tiers.
- Only eligible Vanquis Credit Card customers can enter the Draw (see Section 2 below).
2. Who can enter?
To enter, you must:
- be aged 18 or over;
- be a UK resident (and your address in our records must be in the UK); and
- have a Vanquis Credit Card.
The credit card(s) must:
- Remain open and be up to date with payments and within credit limit until at least 1st November 2026; and
- Be in your name, and held on your own behalf; or
- Be shown in records as held by another person as your representative and can help on your behalf. For example, a representative could be an attorney, a deputy, a receiver, or a guardian.
3. How to enter the Draw
- Register for the new Vanquis app (this activity is worth 20 entries into the applicable month’s Draw. If you registered for the new app before 2nd February 2026, you will be allocated 20 entries for the February 2026 Draw);
- Log in to the Vanquis app each day (this activity is worth one entry into the Draw each day);
- Make at least the minimum payment shown on your statement in full and on time each month (this activity is worth 10 entries into the Draw each month);
- Complete an eligible credit card transaction (this activity is worth one entry into the Draw per transaction).
REMEMBER ONLY TO SPEND WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO REPAY.
- We reserve the right to amend, increase or reduce the number of ways a customer can enter the Draw at any time. Any changes to the entry methods will be listed at www.vanquis.com/florida-prize-draw.
- Entries will reset to zero at the start of each calendar month and are allocated at the end of each month when the draw is prepared.
- Entries have no monetary value.
- We will not be liable if any technical or app failure prevents you from accessing or entering the Draw.
4. What types of credit card transactions are eligible for the Draw?
- Transactions can be made online or in person, including credit card transactions via Apple Pay or Google™ Pay.
- If you cancel any transactions, receive a refund, or any transactions are identified as likely to be fraudulent, those transactions won’t be included in the Draw and be deemed void.
- You must ensure you have sufficient available credit limit on your account to cover the transactions. If a transaction is declined, it will not count.
5. What types of credit card transactions are not eligible for the Draw?
- Balance Transfers;
- Money Transfers;
- Money taken out from a cash machine;
- Financial services transactions (e.g. money transmission orders, purchases of foreign currency or travellers’ cheques, purchases of financial services such as insurance or investments);
- Cryptocurrency;
- Fees or charges related to eligible or non-eligible transactions;
- Transactions that are made in accordance with Section 4 but are made before or after the Entry Period.
6. Who cannot take part in the Draw?
You cannot enter the Draw if you:
- are employed by a company in the Visa Europe Limited group; or
- are employed by Bright Blue Day (“BBD”) or Sid Lee; or
- are subject to financial or other governmental sanctions or who appears on any sanctions list, including the UK Sanctions List available at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-uk-sanctions-list).
7. How the winners are chosen
- Winners will be chosen at random within three (3) weeks of the end of each month during the Entry Period by BBD on behalf of Vanquis using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
- A reserve list will also be selected if the winner is not able to or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified in accordance with Section 8 below.
- The winners’ names, including title, full name, email address and telephone number, will be shared with BBD for the purpose of notification and fulfilment of the prizes.
- You can only win once from each of the three tiers during the Entry Period.
8. How we announce winners
- Winners will be contacted by phone from 07763 942076 and/or email from [email protected] or [email protected].
If we receive no response from the winner within 14 days of the initial winner email, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the next reserve will be contacted.
- The winner acknowledges that, due to the nature of the prize, time is of the essence in responding to the notification of their win.
- Prizes for Silver Tier winners and Bronze Tier winners will usually be delivered to the winner’s address within 30 days of acceptance.
- We reserve the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value. This applies to a prize as a whole or some aspects of it.
- A prize must be accepted as offered, and there is no cash alternative.
- Neither Vanquis Bank Limited nor Visa or BBD will accept any liability for any participant with an incorrect email address or phone number, or for any email going into the winner’s spam or junk email folder. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to look out for the notification.
- We will publish or make available information indicating that a valid Draw took place – ordinarily, the winner’s surname and county. Winners may object or ask us to reduce what we publish. Whether or not you object, we may still need to provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if challenged. To request the winners’ list within ninety (90) days of the award, please email [email protected] or write to VISA Florida Prize Winners, Vanquis Bank Limited, Fairburn House, 5 Godwin Street, Bradford, BD1 2AH.
- If you are a potential winner, we may require you to provide reasonable proof of your identity, age, and address. We will explain what you need to do when we contact you. We reserve the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner if the winner fails to claim the prize or fails to provide any requested information or documentation by the claim deadline, or if we have reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (in accordance with Section 2) or has otherwise breached these Terms.
- If anyone falsely claims to be a winner, they are liable to pay us any associated costs, losses, damages and expenses (including our costs in awarding a genuine winner).
- If a potential winner dies before we’re due to award their prize, their personal representative can claim it on behalf of their estate. The personal representative must show us proof of their authority to act (such as a grant of probate).
- The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes (if any) arising from the acceptance of the Prize.
9. Publicity and content use
- By accepting a prize, winners agree that Vanquis Bank Limited, Visa and BBD may (but are not obliged) use their name, county, and with your permission may use photographs, video footage and testimonial relating to the prize and its fulfilment for publicity and promotional purposes.
- This includes content captured when the prize is delivered, during the trip and at any other prize-related events.
- Content may be used in future campaigns, on digital and social channels, in email, in paid advertising and in internal communications.
- Winners will not receive payment for taking part in publicity.
- Winners can withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting [email protected], although this will not affect any materials already produced.
10. If mistakes are made
- We do our best to ensure that only qualifying customers are entered into the Draw. However, in a small number of cases, a non-qualifying customer may be entered, or an error may occur with a qualifying customer.
- We will take reasonable steps to prevent this from happening and to correct any errors where reasonably possible; however, should such cases arise, we will not be responsible or liable to any customers.
- Our decision is final in all matters relating to the Draw, and we will not respond to further questions about it.
- We do not accept any liability if communications about the Draw with either us or BBD are lost, damaged, or delayed.
- Except as explicitly stated in these terms and so far as is permitted by law, Vanquis Bank and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liability arising out of the Draw.
11. How can we change or end the Draw?
We reserve the right to delay or cancel the Draw without notice because of:
- legal or regulatory issues;
- system failure;
- a third party failing to carry out the services; or
- any other cause beyond our reasonable control..
If this happens, we will put a notice on our website as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, prizes may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
12. Specific terms for the Gold Tier prize package.
- Once booked, the prize cannot be changed.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, cannot be sold or auctioned, and must be taken within the specified travel dates. There is no cash alternative.
- The winner must provide all personal information requested for the purpose of making the necessary travel bookings and for due diligence purposes. This will include the personal details and passport details of the winner and their guest(s), and the winner must have permission to provide the personal information of the guest(s). All relevant tickets, passes, vouchers and other paperwork will be provided by post or email in good time prior to departure. The travel party must present valid paperwork on arrival at the airport/train station and any relevant event or venue, failing which travel and entry may be refused. The winner and guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of documentation. Failure to provide the information requested by us in reasonable periods of time may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- To travel, you and your guest(s) must be able to travel from 24th October to 1st November 2026.
- All travellers must travel together and each must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six months after arrival into the United States and all necessary visas, ESTA forms or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.
- Winners will be responsible for ensuring they and their guests have a valid visa or visa waiver (ESTA) for travel.
- All travel bookings must be made by us or our appointed agent. The choice of all prize elements, including airports, flights, hotels and event tickets, will be at our sole discretion. All dates are subject to airline and hotel availability.
- Items not included in the package include hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, local and long-distance calls, tips, gratuities, and service charges.
- We are not responsible for any cancelled, delayed or missed flights, train journeys or hotel bookings made by the winner or their guests in order to travel to the designated departure airport or to return home from that airport. Any such arrangements are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they and their guests are at the arranged place and time for travel; otherwise, they will lose their rights to every part of the prize.
- Any children in the group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their prize with fewer than four guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guests, and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
- All elements of the prize must be used by the winner and guest in the same itinerary. The winner and guest are not entitled to receive compensation for any unused element of the prize.
- Prizes are subject to all applicable terms and conditions and policies of the relevant airport, transport service, hotel, ticket and event/venue providers. The winner and guest must comply fully with such terms and conditions, codes and policies and all laws and regulations applicable to the prize. We will have no liability to the winner or guest if the winner and/or guest are unable to receive the full benefit of the prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, any venue or transport service as a result of a failure to abide by the applicable terms and conditions, codes, policies, any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.
Promoter
Vanquis Bank Limited is the promoter of the Draw. Its registered office is at Fairburn House, 5 Godwin Street, Bradford, BD1 2AH. The prize is provided and fulfilled by Visa, and the prize draw and all arrangements for the prize are administered by BBD and Sid Lee Sports. So far as is permitted by law, Visa, BBD and Sid Lee Sports and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liability arising out of the Draw.
‘We’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ in these rules mean Vanquis Bank Limited (trading as Vanquis Bank).
Bright Blue Day Ltd, trading as Bright Blue Day (“BBD”), will run the prize draw selection and fulfilment of the Silver and Bronze tier prizes. Company no. 04535919. Registered office address: 26 Avenue Road, Bournemouth, England, BH2 5SL.
Sid Lee Sport Limited (“Sid Lee”) will run the fulfilment of the Gold Tier prizes. Company no: 10186055. Registered office address: Floor 2, 201 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5AB.

Your personal information will be held by Vanquis Bank, which is part of the Vanquis Banking Group. You can access more information about how we share your information in our privacy notice at www.vanquis.com/legal/privacy or ask us for a copy.
If you are a prize winner, your title, name, email address and phone number will be shared with Visa, who will act solely as a processor on our behalf. You will be contacted by BBD or Sid Lee, who act on behalf of Visa a sub-processors. Visa will only process your data for this purpose.
The names of the winner and guest(s) will also be provided to the relevant transport, hotel and event operators to facilitate the travel and event bookings.
