How do I contact you if I'm hard of hearing or have a speech impediment?

You can use the Relay UK service provided by BT to contact us. The Relay UK app allows you to:

  • Type and read – suitable if you’re deaf or hard of hearing
  • Type and hear – recommended if you’re speech-impaired, as this mutes the line
  • Speak and read – suitable if you’re deaf or hard of hearing and can speak clearly

Once you have the Relay UK app, you can call us on 18001 0330 099 3000* and choose from one of the following options:

  • To ‘manage your account’ and identify yourself, chose option 2 (two)
  • To speak to our team, choose option 0 (zero)

*If you use a smartphone with the Relay UK app, 18001 is added automatically before the number you want to call. If you’re calling from a linked phone and using the app on another device (such as a tablet or computer), enter 18001. Then, type the full number of the person you want to call on your phone keypad before dialling.
