If you want to make a withdrawal you can log in to your account, select ‘MoveMoney’ and follow the instructions. You’ll need to:
- Confirm the amount you’d like to withdraw (subject to your minimum balance)
- Select the withdrawal date (this must be a working day and for a notice account it must be after the required notice period)
We’ll then pay the requested amount into your nominated account on the next working day after the transaction date you specify.
If you change your mind and want to cancel the request, you can log in to your account and cancel your instruction the day before the withdrawal date. You need to cancel by 5pm if it’s a working day or by 4pm if it’s a non-working day.
